We recently had our wood heater repaired by Melbourne Wood Heaters, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call to the repair, they were so easy to deal with friendly, genuine, honest, and professional. Scott was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing a great job rather than just getting in and out. Bec, Scott and Kai were amazing. From initial contact, Bec was friendly, understanding, clear and concise, and a delight to work with. One of the best companies I've dealt with- from reception- who were quick to respond and offered sound advise and explanations- to the 2 guys that actually did the install, they did what they said theyd do, turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves! From the beginning Scott and Rebecca have been fantastic! They were both happy to answer questions, give advice based on what I was trying to achieve, nothing was too hard. When it came time for the install, they worked in well with my builders, did a great job and overall are just lovely people to work with, very rare these days. Scott’s service and professionalism is 10/10 perfect. He installed our wood heater a couple of years ago and it was an amazing job. Since then we get Scott to service it and we are always impressed with the quality of his work - leaving the fireplace and the house cleaner then when he arrived !!
